I like that these are cheap. It's also nice not needing to go to the store to get more when we run low. They mop pads are effective for cleaning our floors.**SWIFFER LIFE HACK**Don't buy replacement Swiffer mopping fluid.You can get the white cap off of the Swiffer brand bottles.Take the empty Swiffer brand bottle (after using it up), and place the white cap under very hot water. Alternatively, boil some water, and submerge the white cap in the hot water for 20 seconds or so. Now, using a rag to protect your hand, twist off the white cap.At this point, take a knife or scissors and remove or at least trim down the little ratchet teeth on the white cap (see attached photo).Now you can easily screw the cap on and off the empty bottle.Add some concentrated Pine-Sol floor clean solution (or the like) and top off with water. Shake it up.Now you have more fluid for mopping without buying new bottles of the expensive Swiffer brand cleaner fluid. :-)I have about one thousand square feet of hardwood flooring in my house. I tried the Swiffer pads on this floor, and over a few months the dirt and grime built up quickly. The pads never seemed to get the grime wet enough for the pads to pick it up. I next tried the Wet Swiffer and boy what a difference. The Wet Swiffer gives me the opportunity to put just enough moisture on the hardwood to move the grime onto the pad. I love this product!These are so very easy! They adhere to the mop head, and won't move until peeled off. They absorb all the crud on the floor, and still clean beautifully. I am happy I found these! This is also a large amount of pads, so they should last.I love these things, I go over my floor with the dry ones 1st to get all the animal hair up, then use the wet ones, then the Swiffer wet jet, floor is clean and smells great and it only takes 20 minutes. Great product and price.These pads pull up lots of dirt on my floors and I'm always amazed when I pull the pad off just how much dirt came off my floors. This is not my first purchase, as I have purchased several times over the years. These pads absorb a lot, so depending on how dirty your floors are? If you use it for just a spill or a quick spot to remove? You can use it several times before you have to toss it out. Well worth the money spentIf you answered yes to one or more of the questions above, buy these and review them. It's a win- win!It easy to use and good for someone who has trouble bending when cleaning floors.If you are in a hurry, and want to "quick mop" your floor, these work great. Go cry me a River!I've been using a swiffer mop for a few years now and I wish they'd improve the quality of the pads and give them some type of adhesive to actually grab the dirt because for the most part it just pushes dirt around and I have to sweep it up with a little broom and pan. The pads are really only appropriate for getting very VERY light dustI have order these many times as I always use my wet Swiffer to do the tile and hardwood floors throughout my house. First I use a dry Swiffer to get rid of dust, animal hair, and human hair and other bits of dirt, then I run back over the floors with my wet Swiffer. My hardwood floors gleam, and the tile is very shiny, so I am pleased with this system and have no plans to change it.Addition: Just placed another order, you can't beat this product.August, 2022 . Another order today. I'm still very happy and they are a better price than the grocery store.I like the Wetjet system for convenience and for light, general purpose cleaning it makes a lot of sense. For anything other than light dirt or dust pick-up, you will use pads at a rapid rate, even if you flip them around. The leading edge picks up most of the dirt and if you flip them you can get a bit more service out of a pad. I normally plan on 1 pad per room, if I am lucky it is 1 pad/2 rooms. So it is good system but buying the biggest box of pads makes the most sense.i got these to replace the ones that came with the swiffer. i find they work pretty well, they dont tear easily on things and manage to clean/soak up most of the dirt on the floor.i didnt give them 4 stars because they arent much for scrubbing, if the spray doesnt loosen up the dirt scrubbing at it harder with these is unlikely to help. also i have textured tiles, and some of the texture seems to be a bit too deep for these to clean, this pad just runs along the top while the dirt stays in the texture, so keep that in mind if you have textured flooring.
