Premium Abrasive Material: Aluminum oxide. Made of flexible cloth-backed sanding flaps Mounted on a 1/4" universal shank. Available in three grits, 80 grit, 120 grit, and 240 grit. Made to fit into any drill, drill-press or die grinder. Step 1 Install Star Sander on your Drill Press: Assemble the sander using a wrench and an allen key and then attach it to the drill press Step 2 Break-In using a piece of scrap Wood for a few seconds, this will help to loosen the flaps for optimal flexibility. Step 3 When the sanding wheel is broken-in, it should be ready for use and will conform the shape of your workpiece. Step 4 You are done, start sanding your work! its a quick and straight forward process that will take less than a minute.
