I really love this tool. Its a 4 star. The pad attached to the mop arrived matted, stinky and used (still wrapped in its unopened original packaging-strange) but I have 2 pads left so I'm not upset. I like the way it moves. The handle is extremely long, so i can clean the ceilings and cabinet tops too. The pad itself is nothing special. If you're a cleaning freak you'll love it. I also suggest you inspect before use.
