This is a steel gray hollow metal handle, not wood as the listing states.Not a big deal.The bigger deal is the skimpy head. Only one star deducted because of the low price, but you truly get what you pay for, and nothing more.No way is this for a commercial application, it must be a misprint, along with the wooden handle.And wouldn't you know, I ordered a couple of extra heads, gosh darn it.This is not commercial grade at all, and that’s why I bought it! Very flimsy and the little insert at top keeps coming out while I was mopping so I finally took it off! Very disappointed in this purchase!!I purchased this in July 2014, to replace the head for my mop and bucket. I am very happy with it. Now I have to replace the mop handle with is now 14 years old. I guess sometimes they do build some things like they used to!!!I really like this Mop Head. It cleans well, is absorbent, durable and easy to use, especially in corners and on wood and slate floors. My favorite. Wrings out well.It wasn't satisfied with mop. For what, I thought I was getting was a heavy duty mop. I could have went to the dollar store for this mop.Suppose to be a Rubbermaid Commercial Mop.Great handle, but very thin flimsy rag portion, not enough mop to mop the floors and the metal bracket scratches the floors. Might be good to get into very small spaces, but not sufficient to wash a floor.great for small jobs; doesn't feel to sturdy; wimpyish.It met and exceeded my expectations for the use I had in mind. It is light and combined with the bucket that you can wring it out in, it is very handy to haveFell apart 1st wash. You can buy same quality at the dollar store.Broke after 1 use (the plastic holding the mop). Very flimsy and poor quality.It is not made for commercial or personnal use, but for display at best.
