Libman Freedom Dust Mop - 10" x 5" Microfiber Floor Cleaner for Hardwood, Tile & Laminate - Perfect for Home, Office & Kitchen Cleaning

I love this mop. The design allows one to use it interchangeably with other microfiber mop heads. While this is a dust mop, it’s perfect for wet jobs too. There’s no hook and loop tape to get wet. The entire mop head is hard plastic and serves as the hook side and the microfiber mop head provide the loop side of the equation. Love it!Have been a fan of Swiffer floor cleaners but hated the idea of throwing away pad after pad. I also wanted a more substantial cleaning surface that would stay on the floor when I used it under furniture. With the Swiffer, I'd try cleaning under beds only to find the the head flipping on edge instead of staying flat. The Libman cleaning surface is slightly bigger than a Swiffer. It's is a good size for me. So many that I saw at the box store were just too big for home use. I mean, I've got rooms with furniture, not a basketball court! The Libman lets me clean smaller sized spaces, and the bit of added weight keeps the cleaning surface on the floor instead of flopping around which is a big plus. The surface catches a lot of dust and debris. Not sure that it is quite as good as the Swiffer in trapping dust and dirt, but I do like being able to run my vacuum attachment over the fibers to clean it thoroughly between uses.I have a bigger rectangular mop that I use in the larger areas and this mop to get into the smaller areas like under light stands and under the table. Nice quality. Sturdy handle. The mop head stays secure to the handle. The mop head is thick and picks up lots of dust and debris. I've washed the mop in the washer several times with towels and rags. I let it air dry. Libman rarely disappoints.I purchased for a gift. She received another one before I had the chance to deliver the gift. I kept it with reservation as returning was just too much of a hassle. I have three inside furbabies and hair is always a problem, but in the spring it is everywhere! This little miracle mop was insane! I have never used anything like it. It gathered the hair and held on to it! Cleaning it up was easy and it is washable!!! I LOVE IT!!!Besides it came bended it was more expensive than Wayfair, if I knew Amazon sends things like that and not inspect them first I should’ve bought it at the other store. Besides that, I think the product is good.This does a nice job on oak hardwood floors. Well made mop. Again, I would have liked the microfiber to have been a bit longer. I don't get the little 'comb'. The microfiber isn't that long , but then I do not have pet hair to contend with either.LikeI love this mop! It picks up dust without leaving a trail. I have wood floors with polyurethane on them and in front of the French doors, the like comes in to highlight ALL the dust on the floor. This mop picks up better than most. It has a large head so you are able to do large areas quickly. I will purchase the refill mop heads to be able to use this as long as possible!Great device to save bending over with back problems.
